Huston's First Soccer Game

March 28, 2010- Huston had his first soccer game. He wasn't too sure about the sport. He likes playing with Clark in the backyard, but in practice there were kids that were pushing. He was not a fan of kids pushing one another. Right before he went to his game he told me that he just wanted to play baseball. Lots of positive encouragement later he was out on the field ready to play. He did really well and kicked the ball in the goal. He was beaming and we were so proud! I think he might actually end up loving the sport! The team consists of boys and girls from the ages of 3-5. Maybe next year Emery and Huston will play on the same team- she sure took a liking to the sport as well (must be in her blood). I have to admit that it is a lot better watching soccer than baseball!
